My name is Gretchen Good Pingel and I have practiced yoga for over 30 years. I've been a certified yoga instructor since 2012. Prior to my yoga training, I spent many years studying ballet and modern dance, both of which have helped to inform my current practice. In 2019, I completed certification training (Levels I and II) in Integrated Positional Therapy (IPT) .
